No. It doesn't do a damned thing. This is one of those substances that for some reason people have been utterly fixated on despite its more or less complete lack of utility for what they want. Niacin and apple cider vinegar have become sort of the ';Red Mercury'; of the fringe medicine. No matter what you want it to do, it will do it. Just buy.





Honestly, it's probably because niacin makes you turn red and sweat like crazy. Immediate physiological gratification. After all, you're drenched in sweat, it must be doing somethig.
not sure about niacin, but i know theres some stuff at gnc that is a complete body detox (of course i forget the name right now lol). my friend just did it for her job cause they drug test. she said it costs about $90 but even though its expensive as hell it does the job. she said it makes your pee like a bright neon color so do it at least 2 days before the test. oh, also they only sell it behind the counter and not on the shelves in the store.

Plus the chemists that design the tests have devised ways to catch cheaters. So many of the things that people try may disguise or get rid of the illegal substance, but then the test can detect the use of that stuff and another test will be required. The best bet for the b-in-l is to kick the habit.
Just drink plenty of water. Chronic smokers should quit a month before their drug tests. Dope washes out of your system in 3 days, for occasional smokers.
