It sounds like congratulations are in order. If you had a m/c on May 1st any b-HCG from that pregnancy surely left your system. If you have doubts go and have a quantitative b-HCGs checked. If you are pregnant now (and you are), the levels should be just about doubling every 48 hours. My first 2 tests were so light it was barely visible, but I was still pregnant!
A false negative is easier to achieve than a false positive, so i'd say you are more than likely pregnant! Might be an idea to head to the doctors to confirm it.

probably pregnant. the longer you are pregnant the darker the line. Also you will get a darker line if it is the first pee of the day.
Give it a day or two and try again to see if it gets darker. I had about 12 (feint)false positives with three different brands including your two before a blood test proved negetive!!
There is a good chance you are pregnant instead of doing another HPT just get a blood test and it will tell you for certain.
i would say you were pregnant go to your doctor and get blood tests done to make sure
