Someone told me that wheatgrass is really good at cleaning out your blood. He said that people who smoke weed and eat wheatgrass before taking a drug test pass. It's not from personal experience so I'm not sure if it's true. He works at a smoothie store and he says that a lot of kids who smoke pot add wheatgrass to their drinks for that effect.
Nicotine leaves your system within about 72 hours so AFAIK there won't be a problem.
