All pregnancy tests work the same, and are 99.5% accurate. The technology is very cheap and easy, so even dollar tree pregnancy test work great. The only difference between the cheap tests and the expensive ones is the look of it.
If you get a positive test result, it means that the test found the hormone HCG... you are pregnant. If the test shows up negative, either you are not pregnant, there is not enough hormone yet to detect, or you did the test wrong. If you wait until your period should start, and take the test correctly, it should be accurate.
