Does anyone know what time of the day is best to test with the Clear Blue Fertility Monitor?

From what I read it's first thing in the morning because you are supposed to not have urinated for 4 hours prior to and not have drank anything either so you don't dilute your urine.

The manual states that you should test with the first urine after your sleep period. There is a three hour window depending on when you set your monitor. Do you have a copy of the manual. Read it and it will make using the monitor more effective. Here's a link to the site with some questions and answers I found helpful. You can do it at any time the first few months i did in the morning right when i woke up and then i set it late on the last month so it was set for 5pm so i would gopee at lunch and then hold it til i got home lol :) Also when you get a high reading you should BD everyday until 2 days after the peak reading. I get a high day then a peak day then a high day and then a low day. One month i got two high days, a peak day, a high day and then a low day. But make sure you do it from the day you get a hgih day because sperm can take up to 24-48 hours to swim up there and if you wait andyour egg drops before they get there then you wont get PG. first wee of the day... it has the strongest concerntration than any other time during the day for testing.
